Cancellation Checklist

  1. Ticket will be put into technical to cancel the site
  2. Technical will remove the feed from the vendor dashboard
    1. Go into their product catalog on Shopify, and delete all products in there
    2. Find the retailer in the vendor, click Edit under them, and click "Remove Products". After clicking "Remove Products", delete the retailer from the vendor.
  1. Technical will delete the pricing tool (do not remove app until the products have finished removing).
  2. Technical will delete the site from Cloudflare - if on Cloudflare
    1. Find their account by domain
    2. Go to overview (which is the default page)
    3. Click "Remove Site from Cloudflare"
  1. Technical will delete the Google analytics account
    1. Click on Admin in bottom left
    2. Click on drop down under Account (find their website, if not in that analytics account, choose another until you find it)
    3. Once you find it, click on Account Settings
    4. Click on "Move to Trash Can"
  1. Technical will cancel the domain auto-renew if in our Godaddy account
    1. Log into our Godaddy account
    2. See if the domain is in our account. If it's not, you're done, nothing to do.
    3. If it is in our account, turn auto renew off, by clicking on Yes in the auto renew column, and toggling it to No
  1. Technical will remove their domain from the Shopify dashboard
    1. Click on Settings
    2. Click on Domains
    3. Click "Disable Redirection" and confirm Disable Redirection
    4. Under Primary domain, click Remove and set the Shopify domain as default
    5. Scroll down to Third-party domains and remove the store's domain, both www and non-www
  1. OS will remove graphics and archive the site on the Shopify dashboard
  2. OS will notify the customer that they need to cancel their subscriptions with Shopify
  3. OS will put a ticket into billing to cancel billing
  4. OS marks account as Inactive in Zoho
