Cancellation Checklist
- Ticket will be put into technical to cancel the site
- Technical will remove the feed from the vendor dashboard
- Go into their product catalog on Shopify, and delete all products in there
- Find the retailer in the vendor, click Edit under them, and click "Remove Products". After clicking "Remove Products", delete the retailer from the vendor.
- Technical will delete the pricing tool (do not remove app until the products have finished removing).
- Technical will delete the site from Cloudflare - if on Cloudflare
- Find their account by domain
- Go to overview (which is the default page)
- Click "Remove Site from Cloudflare"
- Technical will delete the Google analytics account
- Click on Admin in bottom left
- Click on drop down under Account (find their website, if not in that analytics account, choose another until you find it)
- Once you find it, click on Account Settings
- Click on "Move to Trash Can"
- Technical will cancel the domain auto-renew if in our Godaddy account
- Log into our Godaddy account
- See if the domain is in our account. If it's not, you're done, nothing to do.
- If it is in our account, turn auto renew off, by clicking on Yes in the auto renew column, and toggling it to No
- Technical will remove their domain from the Shopify dashboard
- Click on Settings
- Click on Domains
- Click "Disable Redirection" and confirm Disable Redirection
- Under Primary domain, click Remove and set the Shopify domain as default
- Scroll down to Third-party domains and remove the store's domain, both www and non-www
- OS will remove graphics and archive the site on the Shopify dashboard
- OS will notify the customer that they need to cancel their subscriptions with Shopify
- OS will put a ticket into billing to cancel billing
- OS marks account as Inactive in Zoho
